We accept most major credit cards (Mastercard,
Visa, Discover and American Express) and personal checks (with
approval). We also offer financing through American General
Financial Services. |

Internet Sales
We do not sell over the internet.
With rare exceptions, most of the companies we represent DO NOT authorize
the sale of their products over the internet nor do they warranty products
purchased from unauthorized sources. We feel a strong partnership
with our manufacturers and we are grateful for their support of specialty
audio shops like ours.

Pricing
Absolute
Audio is an authorized dealer for the manufacturers you see represented on
this site. We value these relationships and always follow the
company's guidelines regarding the representation, pricing and selling
policies for their products. We
do offer discounts on demo equipment, and we do take advantage of special
pricing whenever possible and pass those savings on to you. |

Sales Tax
We charge North Carolina sales
tax (6.5%) plus the special Mecklenburg County rate (1.0%) for a total of
7.5% Sales Tax on all purchases made in our store. Please follow
your state's laws regarding the reporting of sales tax obligations. |

Guarantee
We offer full manufacturers'
warrantees on the products we sell. If repairs are required, we use
only authorized repair services. Most purchases are fully credited
towards upgrades for a period of six months. All our customers
receive our personal guarantee of satisfaction. |
